Credit Recovery

Students who are behind in credits can work with their counselor to enroll in credit eecovery opportunities through credit recovery programs.

If you are need credits in one core more classes, we have options for you. We are here to support all of our students toward graduation!

Winter Break Academy, Spring Break Academy, Virtual Summer Academy

During WBA and SBA, 11th and 12th grade students are able to earn back up to 0.5 credits. All of these options are fully virtual and students will need to complete work through google classroom during their winter break and/or spring break. All work must be completed to receive a grade and credit. 

Summer School (in person)

Summer school is open to 9th-12th grade students who are in need of making up credit. There are two separate sessions that are each 8 days 8:30-1:30 and will take place at another MPS high school. Students can make up 0.75 credits in each session. These sessions take place typically in July into early August.
