You must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, or an eligible non-citizen
Students planning to attend college in the current or following school year should complete FAFSA application in order to receive federal student aid or money for college.
Make sure to file 2024-2025 FAFSA
Step 1: Gather Materials
- Student:
* FSA ID
* Personal email
* Social Security Number
* Date of Birth
* Driver License (if applicable)
* 2022 Income information(1040, 1040A and 2019 W-2) (if applicable)
- Parent/ Guardian:
* FSA ID
* Personal email
* Social Security Number
* Date of Birth
* 2022 Income information(1040, 1040A and 2019 W-2)
Step 2: Create a Federal Student Aid ID (FSA ID)
***Write this information down and save it! You will need it for every year you apply for FAFSA***
