Ms. Jamie

Ms. Jamie has been an educator for almost 15 years in the Minneapolis Public Schools. She has spent those years at Andersen United as a School Social Worker and currently, she serves on the Admin Team as the 7th Grade Admin. Jamie is passionate about equity in education. She has focused her energy on students who are underserved in public education working to build systems, policies, and procedures at Andersen that create and ensure equitable access to opportunities and welcoming school environments for all students.

Jamie holds a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and completed her K-12 Administrative License from the University of MN in the Spring of 2022.

Jamie looks forward to connecting with students, families, and staff and to amplifying student voice as the 6th Grade Administrator at Andersen United Middle School.
