Marathi Meals on Wheels (“MMOW”) coordinates community ordering and delivery of homestyle food prepared by independent local chefs (“Chefs”). mPath Services operates the website and coordinates ordering, customer communications, payments, and delivery logistics. Chefs, rather than MMOW, are responsible for cooking, ingredients, preparation practices, and food safety within their respective operations.
MMOW is an online ordering and delivery coordination service operated by mPath Services (“MMOW,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
We serve as the logistical and digital coordinator for independent Chefs. We receive customer orders and payments, relay order information to Chefs, coordinate customer communication, and arrange delivery to customers (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”).
MMOW is not a restaurant, caterer, commercial kitchen, or employer of the Chefs. Each Chef operates independently, controls their own food preparation, and is responsible for ingredient sourcing, kitchen practices, preparation methods, labeling, food safety, and compliance with requirements applicable to their operation.
Where chef-specific information or disclosures are provided on the website, weekly menu, order form, confirmation, packaging, or label, you agree to review those disclosures before ordering or consuming the food.
By accessing this website, submitting an order, making payment, or doing business with MMOW, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to the ordering, payment, delivery, cancellation, food-handling, and other policies referenced on this website, including our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the website or place an order with MMOW.
MMOW currently operates primarily through its Sunday Stock-Up model. Sunday Stock-Up provides advance-ordered, homestyle vegetarian Marathi food for the week ahead, with coordinated delivery on Sunday evening.
Unless the weekly menu or order form states otherwise, a Sunday Stock-Up base order requires a minimum of:
Four 16 oz containers selected from the bhajis and daals available on that week’s menu.
Customers may select any permitted combination totaling at least four base containers.
Optional add-ons may include chapatis, bhakri, parathas, rice, side item, specialty preparations, sweets, festival items, or other items shown on the current weekly menu.
Optional add-ons do not replace the minimum base-order requirement unless the applicable weekly menu or order form expressly allows it.
Menus, Chefs, items, ingredients, portion sizes, quantities, pricing, availability, ordering capacity, add-ons, and delivery arrangements may vary from week to week.
Not every item or add-on is available every week. Customers are responsible for reviewing the current weekly menu before ordering.
MMOW may correct, reject, or contact you about an order that includes:
An item not offered that week;
An unavailable quantity;
An invalid combination;
An incorrect price;
An unsupported delivery location; or
Another ordering error.
An order is not guaranteed merely because an online form was successfully submitted.
Unless MMOW announces a different deadline for a particular week, Sunday Stock-Up orders close: Thursday at 9:00 PM Central Time.
Orders submitted after the cutoff may be declined or accepted only at MMOW’s discretion, depending on ingredient availability, Chef capacity, packaging, and delivery space.
Prices are displayed on the current order form. Prices may change based on ingredients, portion size, preparation requirements, Chef availability, packaging, delivery distance, or other operating considerations.
Certain specialty bhajis, seasonal preparations, delicate vegetables, labor-intensive dishes, or limited items may be offered in a portion size other than 16 oz. Any different portion size should be identified on the weekly menu or order form.
Delivery charges apply based on the delivery address, distance, route, or other delivery considerations. Any applicable delivery amount will be included in the final order confirmation before payment is due.
MMOW may send an automated submission acknowledgement after an order form is submitted. An automated acknowledgement confirms only that the submission was received. It does not necessarily mean that every item, quantity, price, delivery address, or special request has been accepted.
MMOW may review the submission and send a separate final confirmation showing the accepted order and amount due.
Payment is accepted through Zelle at: mmow@mpathservices.com Unless otherwise stated in the applicable confirmation, payment is due: Friday at 12:00 noon Central Time.
Your order may not be considered fully confirmed or reserved until the required payment has been received. Late or missing payment may result in delayed confirmation, release of limited inventory, or cancellation of the order.
MMOW provides a digital confirmation or receipt. Chefs or delivery personnel may also include a packing slip, item label, reheating information, ingredient information, or other food-related disclosure.
Changes requested before the Thursday 9:00 PM Central Time cutoff can generally be considered, subject to availability. Changes requested after the cutoff are not guaranteed because ingredients may have been purchased, quantities committed to Chefs, packaging allocated, or preparation planning started. The most reliable way to request a change is to reply to your order confirmation or order-related email. You may also contact us at 314-325-0577 to expedite the request.
An order may generally be cancelled without a cancellation charge before: Thursday at 9:00 PM Central Time.
Cancellation requests should be submitted by replying to the applicable order email or contacting MMOW at mmow@mpathservices.com. After the ordering cutoff, cancellation charges may apply, up to the full amount of the order.
The amount charged may depend on whether:
Ingredients have been purchased;
Chef quantities have been committed;
Preparation has begun;
Packaging has been allocated;
Delivery planning has been completed; or
MMOW or a Chef has otherwise incurred costs for the order.
MMOW may, at its discretion, reduce or waive a cancellation charge when contacted promptly and when meaningful costs have not yet been incurred. Please refer to the FAQs for additional cancellation information.
MMOW or the applicable Chef may occasionally be unable to provide an ordered item because of ingredient availability, quality concerns, Chef capacity, kitchen issues, or another unexpected circumstance.
When practical, MMOW will contact you and may offer:
An available substitute;
An adjustment to the order;
A credit;
A refund for the unavailable item; or
Another reasonable resolution.
MMOW will not knowingly charge you for an item that MMOW has confirmed cannot be fulfilled.
Weather, traffic, road conditions, vehicle issues, illness, kitchen problems, power interruptions, ingredient shortages, safety concerns, and other circumstances may delay preparation or delivery.
MMOW will make reasonable efforts to communicate revised timing or alternatives as soon as practical.
You are responsible for disclosing allergies, intolerances, dietary restrictions, or significant food preferences in the Comments section of the order form or through another method provided by MMOW.
MMOW will relay the information to the applicable Chef when reasonably possible.
Independent kitchens may handle or contain common allergens, including nuts, peanuts, dairy, wheat, gluten, soy, sesame, or other ingredients. Neither MMOW nor a Chef guarantees that any item is completely free from allergens or cross-contact unless that guarantee is expressly provided to you in writing for the specific order.
If you have a severe, life-threatening, or medically significant allergy, you should not order unless you have independently determined that the preparation arrangement is appropriate for your needs.
Requests such as less oil, less salt, mild spice, no onion, no garlic, Jain-style preparation, or ingredient changes may be noted when ordering. Such requests are not guaranteed unless MMOW expressly confirms the accommodation for the specific order. Meals are normally prepared in planned weekly batches, and ingredient substitutions or individual customization may not be practical.
You are responsible for receiving, refrigerating, storing, reheating, and consuming food safely after delivery. Food should be refrigerated or consumed promptly in accordance with generally accepted food-safety practices and any instructions included with the order.
If you will not be available during the delivery window, you are responsible for providing a safe delivery instruction, such as an insulated cooler, front desk, neighbor, or another suitable location.
MMOW and the Chefs are not responsible for problems resulting from:
Delayed receipt after delivery;
Failure to refrigerate food promptly;
Improper storage;
Improper freezing or thawing;
Inadequate reheating;
Cross-contamination after delivery;
Consumption beyond a reasonable storage period; or
Failure to follow provided handling instructions.
Chefs are independent providers responsible for their own food operations, including:
Ingredient sourcing and ingredient quality;
Accurate menu descriptions and item-specific information;
Preparation methods and kitchen practices;
Safe food preparation and handling;
Packaging and labeling applicable to their operation;
Allergen-related information within their knowledge;
Compliance with laws, rules, permits, exemptions, or guidelines applicable to their operation; and
Addressing preparation-related concerns such as undercooked food, incorrect preparation, or missing food components.
MMOW may assist with customer communication, coordination, credits, refunds, or other customer-service remedies, but MMOW does not own, manage, inspect, or control the individual Chef’s kitchen.
Each Chef is responsible for determining the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to their food, kitchen, preparation method, packaging, labeling, sales, and delivery arrangement.
Food offered through MMOW is prepared in an independent home kitchen. Such a kitchen may not be routinely inspected by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services or the applicable local health department. Chef-specific disclosures, labels, permits, exemptions, or inspection status may vary and remain the responsibility of the applicable Chef.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the available disclosures and understand that food may be prepared in an independently operated kitchen rather than an MMOW-owned commercial kitchen.
If an item is missing, incorrect, damaged, improperly prepared, or otherwise presents a reasonable quality concern, contact MMOW within: 24 hours after delivery.
Please provide:
Your name;
The applicable delivery date;
The item involved;
A description of the concern; and
Photographs when reasonably helpful.
MMOW will review the circumstances and may consult the applicable Chef or delivery person. Remedies are determined at MMOW’s reasonable discretion and may include:
A remake, when feasible;
Replacement of an affected item;
A partial or full credit toward a future order;
A partial refund;
A full refund in limited circumstances; or
Another reasonable adjustment.
Because food items are perishable and custom-prepared for confirmed weekly quantities, credits are generally MMOW’s preferred remedy when appropriate. Refunds are not ordinarily provided solely because a properly prepared dish does not match a customer’s personal taste preference.
You agree not to:
Misuse the website, forms, payment process, or ordering system;
Submit false customer, payment, contact, or delivery information;
Resell MMOW-coordinated food without written permission;
Harass, threaten, abuse, or interfere with Chefs, delivery personnel, customers, or MMOW representatives;
Repeatedly place orders without completing payment;
Attempt to obtain food, credits, refunds, or services through misrepresentation; or
Use the website or MMOW services for unlawful purposes.
MMOW may decline, suspend, or cancel an order or customer relationship for safety concerns, harassment, abuse, fraud, non-payment, repeated policy violations, capacity limitations, delivery concerns, or another reasonable business reason.
Menu photographs, serving suggestions, food arrangements, packaging images, and descriptions are illustrative.
Actual presentation, color, texture, consistency, ingredients, garnish, packaging, and portion appearance may vary because food is prepared by independent Chefs in small or planned batches.
By voluntarily sending MMOW a review, testimonial, photograph, video, comment, or other feedback, you grant mPath Services a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to reproduce, display, edit for length or clarity, and use that material for MMOW-related communication and marketing.
Unless you request otherwise, MMOW will generally identify customer feedback using a first name, first name and last initial, initials, or another limited identifier.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
The website, coordination services, menus, ordering tools, communications, and delivery services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
MMOW disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
MMOW does not warrant that the website, order form, email, payment communication, or delivery coordination will always be uninterrupted, timely, secure, complete, or error-free.
MMOW does not guarantee that any food will be allergen-free or appropriate for a particular medical, nutritional, dietary, weight-loss, health, or lifestyle objective.
Statements such as “healthy,” “homestyle,” “wholesome,” “balanced,” or similar descriptions are general marketing descriptions and are not medical or nutritional claims.
MMOW does not provide medical, dietary, nutritional, or food-allergy advice.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, duty, or right that cannot legally be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of MMOW and mPath Services for any claim arising from or relating to the website, an order, payment, communication, coordination service, or delivery is limited to the amount paid for the affected order or USD $100, whichever is less.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MMOW and mPath Services will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of opportunity, emotional distress, business interruption, or health outcomes arising from or relating to food, delivery, website use, or the acts or omissions of an independent Chef.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MMOW, mPath Services, and their owners, representatives, contractors, and delivery personnel from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:
Your misuse of the website or services;
False or incomplete information submitted by you;
Your failure to disclose an allergy or dietary restriction;
Your improper storage, reheating, handling, or consumption of food after delivery;
Your unauthorized resale or redistribution of food;
Your violation of these Terms; or
Your violation of another person’s rights.

Changes apply prospectively from the updated Effective Date unless applicable law requires otherwise. Your continued use of the website or placement of an order after revised Terms are posted means that you accept the revised Terms.
