Check-In Process for Show:
Students will check in at the Shinnick St. entrance. Parents may leave a cell phone number so that they can be reached from the audience. For instance, a parent may be contacted if a student feels ill. Only chaperones will be permitted into the basement dressing room with students. Please come prepared with hair and make-up already done.
During the Show:
Parents will not be allowed into the basement before the show, during the show, or during intermission. Students will not be permitted into the audience at any point. This is in accordance with the Secrest policy and allows students to be supervised for the entirety of the show. Chaperones may take students to watch from the balcony during the show.
Check-Out Process:
Once all students have returned to their chaperones at the end of the show, the basement will then open for all parents, friends, and relatives to greet your performer. Chaperones will stay with students until their parent arrives. This is a great time to take pictures in costume.
