Tuesday: beach day! have fun with your team attire! 🏖️🌞🌴🩴😎

Wednesday: color wars: Have your team work together to decide what colors will represent your team the best! 🔴🔵🟡🟠🟢🟣

The best-coordinated team during the event will receive a team prize during our award ceremony!!

Player Entry Fee: $35 + $3.25 processing = $38.25 per player
Parents/players do not check in to the tournament desk, or report scores. Only coaches/managers need to be checking in for matches and turning in scorecards.

Players are asked to fill up their water jug at the hotel at the beginning of each day. Players will also be provided with ice and water at the facility. 

Warm-up courts will be available at Kossover Tennis Center one hour before the event starts for warm-up on both days

Spectator tents are allowed on the property if needed for shade

There are drinks and snacks located in the pro shop for purchase (cashless)

We will also have Gatorades and appropriate snacks for the players for FREE

A stringer will be on-call to string racquets if needed

We will have a first aid kit at the tournament desk

TEAM MATCH INFORMATION: 

TOURNAMENT FORMAT: 

Round-robin format to ensure as much match play as possible. 

ALL TEAM WILL BE GUARANTEED 5 TEAM MATCHES.

TEAM FORMAT: 

Minimum of 2 boys and 2 girls needed per team (no maximum)

MATCH FORMAT: 

Team Match Format: 3 courts per team match

Round 1: 1 girls singles / 1 boys singles / 1 mixed doubles

Round 2: 1 girls doubles / 1 boys doubles

INDIVIDUAL MATCH SCORING FORMAT: 

14U and 18U: One set to 6, no add scoring, tiebreaker at 5-5 (win by 2 within the tiebreaker) 

14U and 18U: In mixed doubles, the player of the same gender as the server shall receive the deciding point. Example: boy must receive serve from the boy
