All times stated are dependent on weather and could be adjusted prior to event by the event committee if needed for scheduling purposes.
This year’s theme will be Color Wars! Have your team work together to decide what colors will represent your team the best! The best-coordinated team during the event will receive a team prize during our award ceremony!!

Player Entry Fee: $45 (paid to your coach) Your coach will enter the team as a whole at the time of registration
Parents/players do not check in to the tournament desk, or report scores. Only coaches/managers need to be checking in for matches and turning in scorecards.
Players are asked to fill up their water jug at the hotel at the beginning of each day. Players will also be provided with ice and water at the facility.
Warm-up courts will be available at Edmond Center Court one hour before the event starts for warm-up on both days
Spectator tents are allowed on the property if needed for shade
There are vending machines for drinks and snacks located in the pro shop
A stringer will be on-site to string racquets if needed
Bee Healthy is onsite and has great healthy and refreshing treats.

14U - Round Robin match play: winning team determined by cumulative games won throughout the tournament.
18U - Round Robin match play: winning team determined by cumulative games won throughout the tournament.

1 boys’ and 1 girls’ singles / 1 boys’ and 1 girls’ doubles / 1 mixed doubles
Order of play: 1. Boys and Girls Singles, 2. Boys and Girls Doubles, 3. Mixed Doubles
Each team match will be assigned 5 courts per team match / no doubling up
Each team is guaranteed a minimum of 3 matches
If a team, for any reason, decides to leave before the tournament is complete the team deposit will not be refunded.

No-Ad Scoring; Best 2 out of 3 sets to 6 games.
A 7 point tie break will be played at 5 games all (win by a margin of 2)
A 10 point tie break played for the 3rd set (win by a margin of 2)
14U and 18U: In mixed doubles, the player of the same gender as the server shall receive the deciding point. Example: boy must receive serve from the boy
