Tuesday, July 15th

The facility will open at 7am. Your team can arrive as early as 7am to warm up. 

Mandatory ALL Coaches meeting @ 7:15am inside the facility on Tuesday, July 15

Coaches please check-in at the tournament desk 30 minutes prior to your first match start time for a quick meeting and to receive your first-round scorecards. 

Turn in your first-round scorecards 15 minutes prior to your first match 

Please encourage your players to hydrate, hydrate, hydrate, and plan accordingly with their sleep the night before so that they are rested and ready to play!

14U Match Times:  8am and 11am
18U Match Times: 8am, 10:30am and 1pm

Best Team Spirit (this includes the team theme for the championship) from each division

All times stated are dependent on weather and could be adjusted prior to event by the event committee if needed for scheduling purposes. 

• If your team is coming in Monday evening and you want to practice, please contact Edmond Center Court directly to reserve and pay for courts. (405) 348-3120

• In addition to the warm-up times for teams both mornings, there will be a small number of courts available to those teams with byes to warm up prior to your matches on Tuesday and Wednesday. 

  • • Coaches, please check with the tournament desk to know which courts to use prior to warming up with your team. 

  • If you would like to warm up off site, you can utilize the following facilities on Tuesday and Wednesday: 

    • Sequoyah Middle School (1125 E. Danforth Rd.) or Cheyenne Middle School (1271 W. Covell Rd.). 

• We will be providing cooling towels to ALL PLAYERS AND COACHES. We will have an ice chest dedicated to the cooling towels so that players and coaches can dunk them in the ice water. 

• We will be providing umbrellas to ALL COACHES, to help with the shade when you are walking around coaching your teams. 

• Sportsmanship is a BIG part of Junior Team Tennis and is very instrumental to the experience for the players and teams. Please talk to your players about how and when to cheer, how to treat their opponents and opposing spectators and coaches, and how to respect the game in general. We want this event to be a positive experience for everyone involved! 

• Please do not hesitate to reach out for questions. Please have your players be preparing now to hydrate! It's never too soon!
