Before Selection - Payout Setting Change
Please check the payout setting for your tournament. Make sure it is manual and not automatic. If you need to make this change it may take a few days to take effect so you can select players. If the payout is not set to manual you will not be able to select your players.

Draw Types & Match Formats
To help with setting up your draws, here is an overview of the approved draw types and match formats by level for L5-7. A sample draw breakdown for Junior Circuit events is also included.
Doubles
Online doubles selection is live on any tournament that offers doubles (no way to opt-in or opt-out as a TD). The online doubles selection allows players to:
invite a player by using USTA number
The selected player will receive an email to accept the doubles invite and register for the tournament (if they have not registered for the tournament). The selected player has the option to accept or decline and the player who initiated the invite will receive communication if the player has accepted or declined.
A player can select "add me to blind draw" when registering. This player will show up in the unpaired list with all the other players. There is no identification or notification that a player has selected "add me to the blind draw" during registration. May want to reach out to all players that are unpaired to double check their interest in playing doubles.
Best Practices
Communication Tip
Update tournament home page with any emails sent to players. Date and time stamp note, to help organize information on the homepage.
Selection Tips
Events with 0 players can be deleted
Events that do not make due to not enough players, move players to another event or move players to alternates list or withdraw player, then delete the event.
Follow with selection.
