A TSR is the face of the USTA for many of the people and organizations he or she serves. By maintaining the right mindset and following best practices when serving customers, a TSR ensures that the USTA will leave positive impressions with our customers!
A TSR works to increase participation in tennis by promoting, developing and servicing tennis programs in a designated geographic area through establishment of strong relationships with the local delivery system including tennis and non-tennis facilities and organizations.
The Tennis Service Representative (TSR) is to work in partnership with their assigned District to reach the goals set for that year. The TSR will work in collaboration with the District to become the trusted resource for tennis while upholding the mission of the USTA Missouri Valley Section to innovate, promote, and grow the game of tennis within a designated district.
The TSR creates an environment where all people are represented and served. The TSR is required to provide exemplary customer service, implement events and achieve designated goals.
