IDENTITY
At the beginning of the year I was really kind but by the end of this year I've developed many new leadership skills that will impact me a lot in the future.

Scout is funny, kind, smart, and helpful. He is always pushing himself to try hard. He impacts me a lot while skiing by helping me try new things and during competitions.

By the end of the year I've created homework planners to get things done. I have a total of 0 missing assignments.

GOAL: Work through challenges without asking for help.
I've pushed really hard through many challenges and completed them without asking for help.

GOAL: Using others feedback to improve my work.
By the end I've achieved this because I've used a lot of my peers feedback to improve on all sorts of projects.

GOAL: Listen to people without getting distracted.
I've achieved this goal by ignoring peers around me and rather listen to the person who is actually speaking.

Overall Growth: I've developed many new leadership skills, growing a lot in i-ready, and can work through challenges. I'm ready to move onto 8th grade because I use time management and am ready for whatever 8th grade has to offer.
