Rock Cycle Lab 

What was the assignment about? This assignment was about the prosses of the rock cycle and how different rocks are formed.

What did you learn? I learned about the different types of rocks like Metomorphic, Igneos, and Sedementary.

How did it help you understand the concept? This helped me understand the consept by clarifying the whole prosses of the rock cycle.

What habbit of heart and mind did you use wile working on this asignment? During this assignment I used Effort and I tryed to help my teamates.

Plate Tectonic Lab 

What was the assignment about? The  assignment was about how plate tectonics move and what they can create.

What did you learn? I learned about the different types of plate tectonics and how they move.

How did it help you understand the concept? This helped me understand the consept by using informational images.

What habbit of heart and mind did you use wile working on this asignment? I used Effort in this and added more detail.

What did you learn about yourself?

I learned that I can get lost in my work and not listen to my group but in the end we worked together. I also got angry at some things. We disagreed sometimes but we worked it out.

What did I like?

I liked that we got to be creative and we got to add to what our partners said. I also liked editing the slides to make them look presentable. In addition I liked how we made the model. It was fun even though we got a bad grade. 

What did I not like?

I personally did not like that some people made the rock layers out of clay; it looked time consuming and difficult. Also paint is a little less messy and definitely faster.

What would you change for the 5th graders?

I don't think I need to change anything.

How could I improve for next time?

I can improve by working better with my team and not getting so angry at little things. Also some of the things I said for group work.
