Welcome to Human Geography!
This course is designed to introduce students to the systematic study of patterns and processes that have shaped human understanding, human use, and human alteration of the Earth’s surface. Students will employ spatial concepts and landscape analysis to examine human social organization and its environmental consequences. Additionally, students will learn about the methods and tools geographers uses in their science and practice.

Classroom Units: Each unit will have two separate assessments - one for achieving developing, and a second once developing has been reached to demonstrate Proficiency or Mastery level knowledge.
