Every student will come in once every two weeks for a sectional at the beginning of their lunch period.  They will spend about 7-10 minutes either sight-reading, working on vocal technique, or music we are studying in class. 

If students miss a sectional for any reason, they will have opportunities to make them up before school. Limited opportunities will be available, so make sure to be at your scheduled times!

How do I read this sectional Schedule?

Let's use Thomas as an example.  Thomas is a Tenor or Bass in Mustang chorus, and has A lunch.

Using the first picture below, Find "LUNCH A" then scroll across until you see "Mustang Ten/Bass"

Thomas has sectionals on "Day 3"  (Ok... so what does that mean now??)

Looking at the second picture (The "Calendar") The top row of numbers represents the days of the cycle. (1-10)

The rest of the numbers correspond to dates during the school year. 

If Thomas has sectionals on day 3, every date in the same column underneath day 3 is when Thomas has sectionals. 

Therefore, in the fall Thomas needs to come to sectionals on September 25, October 10 and 30, November 18, and December 9.
