Parents/guardians may request an appointment for their student by contacting our licensed school counselor, Tammy P. Roth, directly (troth@morris.k12..mn.us).
After a request is submitted, she will follow up with the student's classroom teacher within 24–48 school hours to schedule a time.

Supportive and student-centered
Confidential, except when safety concerns require consultation
School counseling appointments are designed to provide support within the school setting. For long-term therapeutic counseling, the licensed school counselor will assist families with appropriate referrals.
Appointments for parents/guardians to see the licensed school counselor may be scheduled at the MAES office. Contact Clare Ballantyne at 585-2001 to set up an appointment.
During the school year, our licensed school counselor is available at MAES during the following hours:
Monday 8:00 - 3:30
Tuesday 8:00 - 3:30
Wednesday 8:00 - 3:30
Thursday 8:00 - 3:30
Friday 8:00 - 3:30
Please make an appointment to meet with our counselor; she is not always available for walk-ins due to her weekly schedule of appointments, classroom counseling, and facilitating group sessions.
