Collages using scenes from the film.

inspired by the strait jacket that Alex was forced to wear

Rodrigo Costa

Inspired by the work of graphic artist Rodrigo Costa, I created some structures using sticks. The sticks reminded by of the images from the film of the machines for the Ludovico Technique and also by the baseball bat that Alex carries.

I used metal sticks to create a frame

Then I added white fabric and cardboard

Covering all sections.

I experimented further by draping frames with fabrics and old garments

Moving onto full size mannequin.

I also developed shirred and padded fabric planted with hand made stitches.

inspired by the Eiffel chair from home and bed cover from the clockwork orange. I dismantled the chair so that I could use the legs as they looked like the machines from the film.
