From exploring the idea of people having the fear of not being able to move, came the idea for this photoshoot to help me find a silhouette that could reflect the idea of being immobile.
The image on the right was the inspiration looking at bedding, as often people are afraid of being bedridden as they grow old.
I wanted to create an aesthetic that combined the 'Cabbage Patch Dolls' with the comfort of a duvet to depict the decrease of energy as you grow up. This juxtaposition reflects the maddening and often confusing experience that is growing up/ getting old.
