Distribution of Student Accounts

Student account information is passed from the technology department to the following department secretaries, who in-turn are responsible for sharing information with instructional staff as needed and/or requested. 

• Shelby Freeman, CTE and other off-campus Secondary Department programs

• Liz Miller, Rome MVCC

• Melissa Utegg, North Broad

•  Liam Tobin, JDG and ER Andrews Elementary

• Lorraine Trudeau, VVS MS/HS

• Paula Davis, Triplexus HS

• Jennifer Northrop, Triplexus MS

Student Password Conventions

All K-4 grade (and certain special programs) students, have been issued a new permanent, simple password that they will NOT be prompted to change 

All other students 5th grade and above have been issued a temporary password and must change it before signing into their Chromebook. (Instructions to follow). 

Student-created passwords:

• MUST contain a total of eight (8) characters containing at least one capital letter, one lowercase letter, and one special character 

• MUST NOT contain user's account name, parts of the user's full name exceeding two (2) consecutive characters, or reuse previous passwords
