To register for CMBCL or Gopher State baseball, all players will need to complete and submit the following items:

1. Registration form

2. Code of Conduct form

3. Waiver form

4. Payment 

All three forms and payment can either be submitted electronically or by printing, completing, and mailing to our PO box or by dropping them off at our registration dates at the Welia Center concession area on January 29th, between 6 and 8 pm.
