Had a few questions the last few days so here's updates on summer's schedule.
Summer Fast-Track- Started yesterday- volunteers should be there at 3:15 for the 3:30 start time- Mary Johnson is your lead for this- today is BIKE DAY
Giese Camp: This SATURDAY at the ski shed starting at 8:00AM and ending around 2pm. Full Schedule can be found here
Those going to Geise Camp- Drop off poles at ski shed at 9:30am on Thursday before speed and Strength to get pole tips switched if possible. Others will have to wait on Saturday morning- come a bit early if you need tips changed.
Speed and Strength- Those that signed up for speed and strength that started yesterday- hope you made it! Otherwise you should be there starting today- speed and strength session for skiers is 9:30-11:00 M-Th.
Summer Training Program- This will start next Tuesday- summer training this year is rollerski only Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday at 8am-9:30am Monday and Wednesday with Friday being our distance ski and ending at different times (see schedule). Athletes should run on their own or with cross country on Mondays and Thursdays to complete the training cycle. Full Schedule here
