• Student Summary Smarter Balanced (tile on teacher and admin dashboard)

  • Shows Individual Student Score Reports ELA and Math

• CAASPP File Edition: Performance Summary Smarter Balanced Assessments (SBA) (tile on admin dashboard)

  • Use this report INSTEAD of the Performance Summary Smarter Balanced Assessments (SBA)

  • Shows Overall Scores for Schools and District for tested years 2014-2015 to 2021-2022.

  • Can be filtered by

    • English Proficiency

    • Reported Ethnicity

    • Gender

    • Special Education

    • Grade

    • Teacher

• CAST Performance Summary (Science)

  • For accurate 21-22 data select 2022 21-22 |FY under “Enrollment/Roster Date”

• CAST Student Roster (Science)

  • Results for current 6th grade students

    • Enrollment Roster data should say “Control Panel (current date)

  • 5th and 8th grade Teachers - To see 21-22 rostered students:

    • Selecting 2022 21-22 |FY under “Enrollment/Roster Date”

    • Select either Grade 8 or Grade 5 under “Available Test.”

• Student Roster Report Smarter Balanced Assessments (SBA) (tile on teacher and admin dashboard)

  • 4th-8th teachers can view their current students CAASPP scores

  • 3rd-5th grade teachers can also view results from their 21-22 class by:
