October 28, 1971 - Letter relating to request for a City Park in the San Rafael Park, Mont Marin, Twelveoak Hill.
May 11, 1973 City proposes to build McInnis Park
April 23, 1974 Open Space Property Acquisition 197.09 acres purchased for $412,800. The residents of Mont Marin paid one/half of the cost through a special Tax District. This was the first time in the state of California that a tax district was formed to purchase open space.
May 2, 1975 Bill Bartz letter opposing routing Route 1 on Lucas Valley Road to enable access to the shore.
April 20, 1977 Marion Elkjer requests lighting at the corner of Lucas Valley Road and Canyon Oak.
1980's
March 20, 1986 MMHA is reactivated - John Rojas elected as president.
February 12, 1987 Mont Marin Park lives on in Jerry Russom's Memory.

February 1987 Maynard Willms appointed to fill Jerry Russom's position on the city council.
October 21, 1987 MMHA sponsored a Candidates Night for City Council candidates. At the event the North San Rafael Coalition of Residents was formed and elected Shirley Fischer as president.
November 1987 Al Boro is elected to replace Maynard Willms' position on the city council. Maynard Willms did not run for election.
2000-Current
March 25, 2005 Email to City Manager, Rod Gould requesting the Mont Marin sign.
February 2006 - MMHA provides Mont Marin sign project update.
June 2006 - Letter to City Manager, Rod Gould expressing appreciation for the city's support during the Mont Marin sign project.
September 12, 2006 - MMHA meeting notes: Lucas Valley Road sidewalk project was initiated.
October 17, 2007 - Letter to City Manager, Ken Nordhoff asking for assistance on the sidewalk project.
May 29, 2008 - MMHA Board of Directors resolved to have the sidewalk area surveyed to determine jurisdiction.
August 4, 2008 - Nader Mansourian, Public Works Director, San Rafael letter of support for the sidewalk project.
September 25, 2008 - North San Rafael Coalition of Residents (NSRCR) joins with MMHA to promote the sidewalk project.
August 4, 2009 - Announcement to MMHA Board that the survey had been completed.
February 20, 2010 - Letter to Farhad Mansourian expressing appreciation for lighting on Lucas Valley Road.
December 2, 2012 -Marin IJ article announcing the ribbon cutting for the Safe Passage along Lucas Valley Road project.
January 29, 2010 - A letter from the president announcing the meeting to consolidate.
February 4, 2010 - Consolidation of homeowner association to form Mont Marin/San Rafael Park Neighborhood Association.
