Change/Drop Form - Please fill out this form for any changes you may have.  This includes title changes, event drops and student substitutions.

WEAPONS POLICY:

Reminder of our weapons policy:  If you have a weapon your are using for One Act or Choral Reading you will need to bring it to the office when you check in in the morning.  You may retrieve your weapon from the office before you are scheduled to perform.  Once the performance is over the weapon must either be returned to the office or locked in your equipment van.
