Peer Review Process
Peer Review Process
Peer Review is a continual process as teachers work through the Plan-Do-Study-Act cycle. During professional development opportunities, Learning Groups will meet to share, discuss, and provide feedback to their peers regarding the progress of each teacher’s individual growth plan.
In addition, individuals from within the learning group will schedule a minimum of one Peer Observation Cycle each year (observe and be observed). Peer Observations will be recorded in TeachBoost. All that a teacher needs to do is record that a Peer Review has been conducted and name who was observed. No notes are required. Nothing needs to be shared with the building administrator.
