The Virtual Calming Room was designed to assist students in locating different strategies and tools for managing their emotions. Hopefully these tools will provide helpful outlets and practices for when life is overwhelming. 

There are many local and national programs available to help with basic necessities and to ensure that all children have access to food. There is a great new website with a list of a lot of resources and supports in our community!



We are all living in a time of heightened anxiety and many of us, adults and children alike, could benefit from the resources we gathered.
