Diversity and multiculturalism are essential for the development of prosperous and just societies worldwide. Diversity, understood as the variety of characteristics, cultures, beliefs, and perspectives present in a community or society, enriches social fabric by fostering respect, tolerance, and understanding among people of different backgrounds. Multiculturalism, on the other hand, promotes peaceful coexistence and the celebration of differences, recognizing the equality of all individuals regardless of their ethnic origin, religion, gender, or sexual orientation.
