Mindfulness for Students

Just thinking about creating a healthy habit is the first step towards making a positive change. You already did that. Now it’s time to enjoy the benefits of your new routine. Studies show that meditation can reduce stress, increase happiness, and even improve relationships. So keep flexing that brain of yours. You’re doing great. With a consistent meditation practice you can:

Increase your compassion and decrease your aggression.

Improve your mood and learn how to work through any pesky moments of irritability.

Heighten your ability to focus by 14% after 4 weeks.

Reduce your stress by 14% after 10 days.

All it takes is a steady practice for a few minutes a day. That's it.

Self- Care and Health Tips

We want to help you find useful and smart ideas for being at home. Help you learn new things, and help you be healthier. Whatever you need right now to feel a little better, our community shares these ideas. Together, we will get through this season.

Social Emotional Learning

Social-emotional learning (SEL) is the process of developing the self-awareness, self-control, and interpersonal skills that are vital for school, work, and life success. People with strong social-emotional skills are better able to cope with everyday challenges and benefit academically, professionally, and socially. From effective problem-solving to self-discipline, from impulse control to emotion management and more, SEL provides a foundation for positive, long-term effects on kids, adults, and communities.
