Required School Immunizations

PLEASE NOTE:   IMMUNIZATIONS ARE STILL REQUIRED FOR SCHOOL EVEN WHILE STUDENTS ARE LEARNING REMOTELY/VIRTUALLY.   New students (transfers, Pre-K or Kindergarten) and all students entering 6th grade need to submit up-to-date immunization records to the school nurse. If you have any questions, please reach out to your healthcare provider or your child's school nurse.

Please review the New Jersey Department of Health Immunization Guide for the minimum required number of vaccine doses (shots) that children must have in order to attend a New Jersey public school ( to see the details of required vaccines, click on the underlined sections for the link)
