The Enochs Library Learning Center is a dynamic and flexible space responsive to Enochs students' diverse and evolving needs. The library creates and provides a community resource space that is inclusive, accessible, comfortable, useful, representative, and safe for all students.
We exist to serve the academic, personal, professional, and social needs of the Enochs students, staff, and school community. We prefer when the library is busy and well-used by the students and will take every action possible to ensure students can access the library and all its resources. Come be part of this community!
We’ve reorganized the Enochs Library Learning Center collection to better serve our student readers by genrefying it! Instead of browsing by call numbers alone, students can now explore books grouped by popular genres like mystery, fantasy, adventure, graphic novels, and more. This approach makes it easier to find books you love, encourages independent exploration, and supports stronger reading habits. Whether you’re a lifelong reader or just getting started, the new layout is designed to help you find your next great read faster and with confidence.
LIBRARY MURAL PROJECT
We are so grateful to all who helped make this project possible! We want to thank Jorge Gomar for making our vision a reality with his incredible talent as a muralist! Check out his other murals all over Modesto! We are so grateful to our phenomenal Head Custodian, Justin Crook, for being brave enough to try something new and totally nailing it! We are also grateful to Roger Orth & Ken Jenson for supporting the efforts to secure such a talented artist. Thank you to Joe Psuno for the great recommendation and for championing amazing artists in our community! We are so lucky to have such a supportive administrative team at Enochs, and are especially grateful to Justin Woodbridge for believing in our vision to transform this space for students! SEE THE COMPLETE REMODEL!
