Downey High School is dedicated to continuing our tradition of excellence and promoting relevant learning environments which allows students to become lifelong learners and responsible citizens. Our goal is to have students develop critical thinking skills and be able to succeed in a technology advancing world.

The Vision of TDHS is students and teachers working in a safe and collaborative learning imprisonment to allow students to prepare themselves to success and to pursue a variety of occupational opportunities of their choice.
