*As part of the application process, you are required to submit your course progression advice (course map). You can retrieve the course map from the following link. Please save the document as a PDF and upload it to the Global Intercampus Program (GIP) application forms.
Exchange duration: Limited to one semester, specifically the final semester, with a minimum enrollment of 18 credit points and the attainment of a WAM of 60 or above.

Course progression check
We strongly encourage you to complete a course progression check before you submit your exchange application. This involves creating a course map plan and submitting it to your School Course Advisor for review. By doing so, you can ensure that you meet all the course requirements for graduation before embarking on your exchange journey.

**Implication of enrolling in APG5485 (Global Intercampus Exchange Program, MUA) in the final semester: The student may lack research experience, which could be a disadvantage when applying for future PhD programs, depending on the type of program and institution.
This section applies to international students studying at Monash University Malaysia on a Student Pass.
In addition to the entry requirements stated above, international students must maintain an overall minimum 80% attendance at the time of application and continue to meet this attendance requirement throughout the semester before departing for Monash University Australia. Where this attendance requirement is not met, your application will be withdrawn or cancelled without further reference to you.
Once you have received an offer letter from Monash University Australia, please check the expiry date of your Student Pass. You must ensure that you have a valid Student Pass for the entire duration of your studies at Monash University Malaysia, including the time spent abroad on an exchange program, and remain responsible for renewing the Student Pass in a timely manner.
You must maintain an enrolment of 24 credit points while studying overseas on the Global Intercampus program. If you are unable to meet this requirement, you must apply for underloading and obtain consent from your respective Schools.
