Initially via food waste minimisation in food services modules, expanding to healthcare systems and other modules following BDA One Blue Dot. King's also offers an elective, but uncredited sustainability module not specific to diet/food.

Completion of public health projects related to sustainability with partner NHS trust 'Dietetic Green Team'. Also links with internal King's Food projects examining food waste in university setting.
