Three times in total. The first session is 15-20 mins long. This is a meeting to provide you with the watch that measures sleep over the whole study (13 days). The second session is the main lab session, which is 6 hours long, running from the morning to early afternoon. The final session is a debrief meeting (15 mins) at the end of the study. This will involve collecting the watch, providing you with information about the study and answering any final questions you have about your participation.
Participants are reminded via text to complete all tasks during the study. Some of these will include a link to complete on your phone.
