At Richo, the Residential Support Team aim to build an environment of community awareness and participation - with our major focus being YOU, our residents.Â
We hope that living here provides you with lots of great experiences, opportunities and friendships. This site will assist to ensure that your transition to living on res is the easiest it can be and help you to become aware of some of the rules and regulations we have to make sure our community is more than just a room.Â

Living together with 200 others can be both a fantastic and rewarding experience and to make sure it is there are some considerations to keep in mind throughout the year - as well as ensuring your wellbeing is top priority. All Richardson residents respect their neighbors, communal and personal property, rules and regulations and themselves.Â

Richardson Hall is named after the Australian author Henry Handel Richardson, the pen name of Ethel Florence Lindesay Richardson who is most famously known for her works 'The Getting of Wisdom' and 'The Fortunes of Richard Mahony'.Â
Richo took it's first residents in 1972 and was at full occupancy in 1973. Our hall colours are blue, maroon and gold and our hall mascot is Bob the Moose.Â
