Jasmine (They/She) is a Dyslexic AuDHDer with chronic migraines. Their role as an event coordinator often involves the need to travel quite a distance, coordinate lots of moving parts, speak with different vendors, and keep projects on track over many months.
They often are expected to read through very dense training manuals which takes them quite some time and they tend to make small mistakes in writing up reports and proposals. As pressure builds in the day or two prior to an event, Jasmine becomes immensely productive however they find it difficult to get started on a project if it seems too far off and to keep track of what always feels like too many running threads. They have a detailed process formalised in Asana (and many sticky notes on their monitor) which helps them get many tasks done but there are always a few follow-ups missed. Migraine episodes can appear at random making them overheat and feel very photosensitive for several hours which they usually take sick leave for.

Reflect on the challenges and accommodations page
Plan out what Jasmine might want accommodations for and how much they might need to share to be successful.
There isn't a single correct answer to this however the challenges seem to revolve around:
written text
many competing responsibilities and long-term projects
sensitivity to temperature and light
With this in mind, some possibilities are given below
Access to assistive technologies such as screen-readers and/or having instructions given verbally instead of through written manuals may assist Jasmine. Equally it may be helpful to provide assistive writing technologies (such as grammarly), more access to feedback on their writing, or even allowing them to prepare video or audio instead of written reports.
Jasmine already has a number of detailed processes so there may be potential to review that and see if anything is missing or if there are additional checklists or guides that may help. It may also be productive to connect the long term projects against a key value or interest of Jasmine's and/or to focus them on just the first step of that project which may help mitigate any feelings of overwhelm from the scale of the project. It may also be helpful for them to start by setting soft deadlines for themselves in Asana which they are already using.
If they can control the temperature and lighting in their space (or have flexibility to work from home) this may address those sensitivities. Equally just having social permission (as in clarity they won't be judged) to wear sunglasses and whichever clothing they are comfortable in (e.g. a relaxed dress code) may be productive.
