Moodle Rubric Assistant and Rubric2Feedback plugins respects your privacy. These extensions requires only minimal permissions to operate effectively:

Storage: The extensions use the storage API solely to save and retrieve your custom grading comments on your local device. No personal or browsing data is collected, transmitted, or shared.
Host Permissions: The extension is granted access to all URLs only to allow the content script to run on supported Moodle assignment pages. This access is used exclusively to detect and interact with the grading interface, and no personal data or browsing history is recorded or transmitted.
