Moodgym is a free, evidence-based, online self-help program designed to help prevent and manage symptoms of depression and anxiety. It is like an interactive, online self-help book which teaches skills based on cognitive behaviour therapy.
Mindspot is an online treatment course that targets your symptoms. You will learn core psychological skills which are practical. You can choose to speak to a MindSpot therapist each week to help guide you through the course.
