HALL FACILITIES

Kitchens are located on each floor. These are equipped with stovetops, a microwave, toaster, kettle, storage lockers, and a communal fridge.

Bathrooms are located on each floor. Additional bathrooms are located on the ground floor.

Located on each floor. These are equipped with front loading washing machines, tumble dryers, irons and ironing boards.  

The Games Room (The Alfred) is located on the ground floor, and is equipped with a foosball table, a TV, and seating. 

The Common Room (The Long Room) is located on the ground floor, and is equipped with a Nintendo Switch, table tennis tables, comfy couches and tables.  

The Pool Room is located through the Long Room, and is equipped with a pool table. 

The Theatre is located in the basement, and is equipped with a projector and ample seating. 

The Oasis is located in the basement, and is equipped with a TV and couches. 

A quiet study space is located on the first floor. This has a small library that residents are welcome to use. 

Open from 8am to 10pm daily, located in the basement level. Equipped with a piano, drum kit, and some guitars. No alcohol permitted.

Located on the ground floor to the side of the building. 

Mail boxes are located on the ground floor in the foyer. 

It is recommended that you secure your mailbox with a lock of your choosing, which you must provide. 

Parcels and large items can be collected from the Administration Office or MRS parcel lockers.

Located just outside the main entrance. Features a nice shaded area with plenty of seating and two BBQ pits for residents to use. 

A communal garden managed by Monash Residential Services. Residents are welcome to use this garden to harvest a wide variety of herbs and vegetables. 

Located in the Hall Entry Foyer

Small red bins for general rubbish and yellow bins for general recycling are located in each kitchen. 

Larger waste stations are located at the bottom of the ramp behind the hall.

There are also composting and specific waste disposal and recycling facilities available.
