Guiding Principles:
Introduce diversity in the food you eat. Ensure that it consists of these 4 nutrients: protein, fat, vitamins and ions
Combine animal-sourced and plant-sourced protein. Recommend consumption of shrimp, carb, fish and azuki bean
Eat a reasonable combination of vegetable oils and animal fats. Recommend eating peanuts and sesame
Use iodized salt, do not recommend salty food
Need to eat vegetable and fruits everyday
Ensure safety and hygienic in selecting, processing and preserve food
Drink enough clean water everyday
Baby should be breastfed right after birth, the first 6 months should be completely breastfed, take appropriate complimentary food and continue breastfeed up to 24 months.
Toddler after 6 months and adults should consume milk and milk products for their age group
Increase physical activity, maintain a healthy weight, do not smoke, limit alcohol intake, carbonated water and eat and drink sweetened food.
