The mangrove forest serves as the nursery site for many aquatic species. Increasing evidence has shown that there exists a symbiotic relationship between the soil microbiome and the animals. The soil microbiome plays a pivotal role in the early developmental stages of many animals and is one key factor securing the survival rate and well-being of the aquatic animals in nature. Specifically, these good bacteria secrete useful metabolites which help promote animal growth in the natural environment and protect them from infectious diseases.
Our innovation aims to reintroduce these naturally-occurring good bacteria to modern farming in the form of probiotics.
