PRiSMA (Pharmacist Registration Management System) is an application system used by pharmacy graduates to apply to become a Provisionally Registered Pharmacist (PRP) and to obtain their PRP registration number.

PRiSMA is a platform to generate your PRP REGISTRATION NUMBER. You would need this information (PRP number) to apply for the pharmacist position through Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Awam (SPA) https://www.spa.gov.my/spa/en/ and for your application to become a Fully Registered Pharmacist (FRP).
Yes. Pharmacy graduates who wish to undergo provisional training in Malaysia need to be registered as a PRP.
Please check the list of the approved PRP institutions on the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia (PBM) website.
Since the graduation has not taken place, student will need to upload the Academic Transcript together with the "Proof of Qualification" letter.

Please use the date stated on the Letter of Completion/"Proof of Qualification" letter.

Yes, all the documents need to be certified true copy by a REGISTERED PHARMACIST or a PHYSICIAN.

NO. The documents can also be certified true copy by any REGISTERED PHARMACIST or REGISTERED MEDICAL PRACTITIONER/PHYSICIAN outside the campus.
NO, unfortunately you are not able to apply without the certificate.
You must pass the pharmacy qualifying exam, obtain the certificate, and have a certified true copy before uploading it to the system, along with other required documents, to apply for the PRP registration number.
The Pharmacy Board of Malaysia (PBM) will usually generate the number and inform you within 3 working days.
