Please apply for all the documents (e.g. academic transcript, CGPA letter, proof of qualification letter) that you need via Student eForms on my.monash portal (https://sors.monash.edu.my/sites/student-online-forms).
You should apply for the “Proof of Qualification” letter.
Please apply this Academic Transcript: “include Course Completion as indicated on WES”.
You can always contact the Student Life administrator through Ask Mira if you are facing any issue/s during the application of documents.
If you submit a document request through WES, it will be sent directly to the central team at Monash University Australia (MUA). You will need to pay the application fee in Australian Dollars (AUD) since MUA will handle the processing. The academic transcript will be mailed to you. Please note that the request will not be sent to the Malaysian campus, and MUM will neither receive nor process it.
It is not guaranteed that you could get your refund. But you could try to appeal through Monash Connect.
You can apply for PRP once you have completed your course (the completion date will be reflected in your results 1-2 days after your final semester results are finalized).
Please request hard copy documents for all the applications. Ensure that all documents are certified as true copies before any submission.
*Please be aware that Student Life requires processing time for all the documents you have requested. One of these documents requires the Chancellor's signature, and if the Chancellor is unavailable, additional time may be needed for processing.
A "certified true copy" document is an official copy of an original document that has been verified and certified by an authorized individual or entity, such as a notary public, lawyer, or registered professional (e.g., a pharmacist or lecturer). This certification confirms that the copy is a true and accurate representation of the original. The certifier typically stamps, signs, and dates the document, indicating it is a legitimate copy.
First, you need to make photocopies of all the required documents for certification. The certifier will stamp and sign the photocopies, not the original documents.
