After the career fair

After attending a Career Fair, organise the information you have collected by doing the following:

• Make notes about the organisations and employers while still fresh in your mind
• Set up a system to keep a record of your contacts
• Follow up with recruiters from organisations that interest you

Start to learn about assessment centres and testing, other graduate selection techniques and practise your interview skills. Preparing in advance and practising in a supportive environment will boost your self-confidence and help you perform well when it's time for the real thing.
