Venue

The workshop will be held in the School of Physics and Astronomy (10 College Walk) at Monash University (Clayton campus). The teaching session on 2 December will be held in PACE Lab 2 (ground floor), and the research talks will take place in room 107 (large seminar room).

From the CBD the campus can be reached via the Dandenong, Cranbourne, and Pakenham train lines to Huntingdale Station. At Huntingdale connect take one of the bus lines 601, 630, or 900 to Monash University. For alternative connections see:

Wifi connection

You can connect via eduroam, and there is also a free WiFi network available for visitors (no registration required).

Accommodation

A suite of room has been blocked at the Gateway on Monash Hotel (https://www.gatewayonmonash.com.au/). Please contact the hotel directly and let them know that you are attending "Stars at Melbourne" to get the corporate rate ($169 per night). The block reservation will be kept open until 11 Nov (3 weeks before the workshop).
