I met Lisette when I was reaching out for mentorship, as I transitioned into a new role, as a CNS/senior nurse. Lisette helped me reach all of the goals that we identified and set together, at the start of my CNS journey. I learnt more about objective reflection (both in the clinical setting and within professional relationships), and other skills, such as change management and managing post graduate education. I found working with Lisette to be a really enjoyable and positive experience and I know my confidence and nursing practice grew as a result. Lisette was entirely professional, easy to relate to, and I highly recommend Lisette to any nurse seeking academic, professional and/or nursing coaching support.

Lisette was my supervisor for two years as I took over a management role. Our sessions were a lifesaver for stepping back and looking at other perspectives before I made plans or implemented communication with my team. She had a knack for noticing trending themes and gently probing until I found my root cause. I would absolutely recommend professional supervision with Lisette!
