Lisette’s background and skillset.
Lisette Ingram is a registered nurse with over 20 years’ experience in public and private healthcare, currently working in a CNS role that spans the Breastscreen Aotearoa midlands, and breast care Waikato services.
She has a background in nursing education and clinical coaching across specialties, and her own clinical nursing practice reached expert portfolio level in the following specialty areas of interest:
Breast care nursing (current role)
Operating theatre nursing, including the first assistant role, specifically within the specialties of spine, and orthopaedics.
Supervision Experience of >10 years.
Trained in professional supervision and receiving regular updates in refresher courses.
Experience in Professional supervision in both 1-1, and small group facilitation for nurses and allied health professionals.
I am happy to provide supervision in person or via digital platforms, but my preference is always to meet in person. This preference is due to the importance of breath and body language in communication, and the importance of ‘safe pauses’ which can sometimes feel more challenging online.
I do not offer phone supervision.
Teaching and analysis in public and private healthcare environments.
Lisette has experience in running client focus groups including the data analysis and written communication of that work.
Designing Educational resources and documents for nursing education.
Facilitation of large group study days (180 people) and small group study days (4 people).
Conflicts of interest.
Lisette does not provide professional supervision for staff members of BreastScreen Midlands, or Te Whatu Ora Waikato breast care centre.
If you would like Lisette's assistance on projects, events, or research related to breast care, breast cancer, or breast screening knowledge please approach Lisette through her role as CNS through hospital switch Te Whatu ora Waikato, and she will help you in her working hours in that role.
