eTwinning is the only safe platform that we have to edit all the time and it is agreed to complete the first year’s activities especially if there are some missing events.

The first year events at schools to be held locally are to be completed ( if there are some missing ones) but this year we will not go on with the second year’s activities. Instead we will complete the first year’s mobilities for the events taken locally to be in congruity with the mobilities because the events are scheduled the previous overlapping the next one. If all activities are held , the checklist on Google drive should be ticked as completed.

All the participating schools agreed on the extension of the Project duration up to 36 months so, after the mobility, all the schools will send an official document mentioning about the extension the Project with the stamp and signature of the legal representatives. Then, the Turkish coordinator will submit these documents to Turkish NA to apply for extension.

The second mobility will be in Portugal, but to be able to see the whole Picture of COVID19 situation for safe Mobility, the Portuguese school will allow 2 months to choose the best time to have this mobility. These days, this school cannot let any other visitors into the school apart from the teachers and the students. Still, all the teams agree that this year’s mobilities will be covered till the end of July.

The schools will meet on zoom in October about the next mobility in Portugal. As Italy has a different situation in terms of not getting the needed legal permission to come to Turkey , the mobility to Italy in April will be discussed later and if they cannot host the other schools again because of their educational board’s not agreeing on it, the 4th mobility school in Romania will host all the teams which means that Italy and Romania mobilities will swap.

The website of the Project has been done by the Romanian school and they keep working on it. They are continuously updating it.

The mascot came to Turkey and its journey began - the Romanian team took many photos with it. Then, the Turkısh school took over this responcibility till the end of the Portugal mobility and the mascot’s travel adventures will start soon.

As Dissemination is of great importance, each participating school has to disseminate the Project in any possible way and place such as parents meting, educational conferences, local media, museum visits, NGOs…and so on. The check list about dissemination should be updated occasionally.

The evaluation of Turkey mobility was made through the Google form prepared by the Turkish school and looking at the results all the participants are pleased with the Project activities, planning, hospitality, transportation, accommodation and Covid19 measurements.

The teams expressed their good wishes about the Project for the next mobilities and the meeting ended to be gathered soon or,if needed, any time.
