The Turkish school will:

  • coordinate the overall running of the project;

  • give feedback in all phases to all participating schools;

  • give feedback in each phase of the project to all participating schools;

  • check the deadlines;

  • assist to clarify any confusion;

  • be in contact with all contact persons and each contact person will be responsible for his/her own local team;

  • check the budget for all in case of an unexpected problem in order to come up with a solution;

  • give the last decision in the hardest disputes when no common decision in favour of the project.

The Portuguese school will :

  • be responsible for social media dissemination and Dissemination Videos of 3 of the LTTs/ JST(Joint Staff Trainings).

The Italian School will :

  • be responsible for eTwinning Project Launching and checkings, live event Creating on eTwinning at any time to clarify some confusions about any misunderstanding/ any details when needed.

The Romanian school will :

  • be responsible for the website of the project throughout the project checking & editing all the times.

The North Macedonian school will :

  • be in charge of Evaluation Questionnaires and Reporting the results occasionally in the form of periodical reports.

The Croatian school will :

  • be responsible for eTwinning along with Dissemination videos of 3 of the LTTs/ Joint Staff Trainings.

All schools will work collaboratively for interim and final report being in close contact via WhatsApp/Trello/Google docs/ Differ chat and so on. We‘ll have “General Checklist for Activities” and “ Dissemination” on Google drive.

The website, eTwinning and Twitter/ Facebook (just for teachers, limited dissemination and announcements) group will also let us know how does the project take place in other schools and compare & contrast to evaluate.
