The Regional Office of Industry, Commerce and Employment (ROICE) was established in 2023 following the merger of two previous regional offices: the Regional Office of Labour and Employment and the Regional Office of Trade and Industry. ROICE serves as a vital extension of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Employment, taking on the responsibilities associated with its nine departments.
ROICE, Thimphu is located at the top floor of the building adjacent to CSI Market in Changzamtok, Thimphu. We look after six Western Dzongkhags, namely, Thimphu, Paro, Haa, Punakha, Wangdue Phodrang, and Gasa. We are a team of 13 staff members headed by a Regional Director.

Location & Working Hours: The ROICE office is centrally located and open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekdays. It is closed on weekends and public holidays.
