The Regional Office of Industry, Commerce and Employment (ROICE) was established in 2022 following the merger of two previous regional offices: the Regional Office of Labour and Employment and the Regional Office of Trade and Industry. ROICE serves as a vital extension of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Employment, taking on the responsibilities associated with its nine departments.
