TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Registration for the conference is open for HTAsialink members only.
Registration opened from 2 April 2023 and was closed on 16 June 2023.
No registration fee is charged for this conference.
Registration includes refreshments and lunch. Accommodation is NOT included.
Registered participants for the conference will be entitled to attend a gala dinner held on the night of 4 September 2023. This event is open only for HTAsialink members registered for the conference.
An e-certificate of attendance will be issued to all participants after the event.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We strongly encourage no cancellations. For any reasons you are unable to attend the conference, an email containing the substitution’s details shall be sent to the Secretariat as soon as possible (at least 7 business days) before the commencement of the conference, and substitution is only allowed within the same organization.
ADMISSION TO THE CONFERENCE VENUE
Admission to the conference venue are strictly reserved for participants with a conference’s name badge/lanyard.
Participants are required to wear the name badge/lanyard throughout the entire conference.
LIABILITY
The organizer will not be held liable for any personal accidents, loss or damage to or at the private property of participants throughout the duration of the conference.
